Our platform sends operational text message alerts to a single designated property manager, notifying them when a physical action at a managed property (such as a personalized print job or a celebratory drone flight) requires their approval before it proceeds.

We collect and store the mobile phone number of the designated recipient of these alerts, along with a record of messages sent and any replies received, for operational and audit purposes.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data collected through this program to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is used solely to operate the alerting system described above.

Message frequency varies based on property activity and is expected to average a few messages per week or fewer.

How You Consent (Opt-In)
Before adding a recipient's phone number to this program, NextGenAI Solutions LLC verbally reads them the following consent statement: "You will receive SMS alerts requesting your approval on operational decisions for your managed properties. Message frequency varies and is expected to average a few messages per week or fewer. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help." The recipient verbally confirms their agreement before their number is added as the alert recipient. There is no public-facing website sign-up form for this program, because the sole recipient is an internal employee/principal of the business, not a customer.
Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can resume receiving messages by replying START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at nextgenai.solutions.llc@gmail.com.
