These terms govern the SMS text messaging alert program operated by NextGenAI Solutions LLC for Vacation Rental Circle LLC properties.

Program Description

The program sends operational alerts to a designated property manager when a physical action at a managed property requires their approval before proceeding. The recipient may reply to indicate their decision; unanswered requests apply a pre-set safe default action after a fixed time window.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on property activity and is expected to average a few messages per week or fewer.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How You Consent (Opt-In)

Before adding a recipient's phone number to this program, NextGenAI Solutions LLC verbally reads them the following consent statement: "You will receive SMS alerts requesting your approval on operational decisions for your managed properties. Message frequency varies and is expected to average a few messages per week or fewer. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help." The recipient verbally confirms their agreement before their number is added as the alert recipient. There is no public-facing website sign-up form for this program, because the sole recipient is an internal employee/principal of the business, not a customer.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact nextgenai.solutions.llc@gmail.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
